"The Residence at Hilltop is considered a Personal Care Home in the State of Pennsylvania and because we are "Private Pay" (we do not take Social Security Waivers) a resident can be entitled to "Veterans Aid and Attendance" benefits through the VA.
If your loved one served in the military or is a spouse of a service member they can apply for the benefits under the following guidelines.
